We believe mindfulness empowers young people

...to connect with themselves,

...to discover their innate strengths,

...to realise their potential.

With our curricula YOU can inspire young minds!

Our Approach

We've been teaching mindfulness to children and young people for more than a decade.

Our programmes are evidence-based, draw on the latest research and are grounded in best practice.

But most importantly...

We've crafted our programmes to be super engaging, deeply meaningful and FUN!

SOMA Programe

(for 12-21 year olds)

Its takes a flexible and responsive approach - so you can adapt the programme to meet the needs of your group of young people.

With the SOMA Programme, you'll be able to create connection, spark inspiration, and water the seeds of transformation!

Kids Programme

(for 7-11 year olds)
